If customer supplies a disk and/or emails their address list, the prices are as follows:

Place cards and Table cards (without envelopes), light to medium weight stock that measures at least 3.54″ width x 4.72″ length = $1.00 each (black ink) + $.15 each for custom ink match. We can also add a table number to the inside of a tent card for an additional fee of $.50 each. Crane & Company’s folded 2″ x 4″ is a popular choice and is usually kept in stock. When submitting the guests’ names for your place cards please follow the same “preparation guidelines” used for envelope addressing. On a separate document, please provide a table chart and indicate how the table numbers should read – Table One, Table #1, Table No. 1, You are seated at Table One, etc.
If you are unable to supply a disk or email your list and Greenleaf Ink needs to retype your list, please add the following to above prices:
